Sam B. Zeigler
Sam Zeigler is a seasoned attorney who has successfully represented the interests of lenders, developers, and other owners of commercial property for more than a decade.
Sam represents a range of industrial and commercial property owners, managers, and tenants who seek relief from inaccurate property-tax assessments levied by local and state governments. Sam is an advocate for his clients, seeking fair and negotiated settlements with taxing authorities. But if negotiations dead-end and the stakes are right, he won’t hesitate to take a case to trial.
Sam received his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin and his law degree from Vanderbilt Law School. He is a member of the Gus J. Solomon Inn of court and currently serves as a mentor in the re-entry program for recently released offenders administered by the U.S. District court in Portland.
